(Note: this pet kit is geared towards dogs)

Birch - pain killer, cramps and joints.
Comfrey - poultice for sprains and sore muscles and bruises.
Lavender - burns, Skin Conditions, sedating
Lemon - cleansing, antiseptic
Tea Tree - Itching, rashes Skin Conditions and immunity
Marjoram - sedating, Digestion, Hyperactivity, relaxing
Peppermint - pain relief, Arthritis, stimulating, Digestion, fevers
Rosemary - circulation and detoxification
Eucalyptus - fleas, respiratory conditions, flu
First Aid - Aloe Vera plant used fresh for your pets sore gums, and minor cuts in the foot pads.
Flax Seed -For an extra Shiny Coat add flax seed oil to your pets food

2 drops Juniper Oil
2 drops Lavender Oil
1/2 cup arrowroot OR cornstarch OR clay OR baking soda OR any equal parts of these

Directions:

Combine the arrowroot and Essential Oils. Crushing the clumps of oils between your fingers to evenly distribute them. Be sure to wash your hands after handling the pure Essential Oils to avoid any contact with eyes or delicate mucous membranes. Sprinkle on pet as a preventive powder.

Ingredients

1 Extra large box of baking soda
2 lbs Cornstarch.

Blend the following to a fine powder:

2 cups dried pennyroyal
2 cups dried Lavender
1 cup dried Rosemary.

The following essential oils:

20 drops Citronella
20 drops lemon
30 drops pennyroyal
20 drops Rosemary

Mix all ingredients and leave the scents mingle a few days. Sprinkle on your pets Coat.

A soothing oil for the ears bothered by mites or when foxtails have been removed is Mullein Oil.

Soak 4 oz Mullein flowers in just enough Olive Oil to cover for 10 days in a glass jar in the dark. Shake or stir the contents at least once a day.

Strain and apply to the ear.

Ingredients:

* 8 oz coconut oil
* 6 oz Olive Oil
* 1.5 oz castor oil
* 3.54 oz lye
* .25 oz jojoba oil
* .5 oz Aloe Vera gel
* .25 oz Eucalyptus eo
* .125 oz Peppermint eo
* .125 oz Citronella eo
* .25 oz T-50 Tocopherol
* 6.5 oz palm oil
* 3 oz canola oil
* 8.5 oz water
* .25 oz Neem oil
* .25 oz Lavender 40/42 eo
* .125 oz Lemongrass eo
* .125 oz Tea Tree oil
* .125 oz Cedarwood eo

Directions

I make this in my 6 qt crockpot. Add lye to water & set safely aside. Heat coconut, palm, olive, canola & castor oils till completely melted. Add lye water & stir till light trace. Put the lid on the crockpot.

For Ear Mites, or infections of bacterial or fungal origin.

Mix Equal Parts:

* Mullien Oil
* Oregon Grape Root Oil
* Garlic Oil
* Marshmallow Oil
* A couple capsules of Vitamin E to act as a preservative and to aid in skin healing.

To use:

Apply 6 -12 drops to the effected area of the earflap or ear canal.

Flooding the ear canal is not necessary

For cleaning mites or infections.

Lavender 5 drops
Tea Tree 5 drops
Roman Chamomile 1 drop

Blend with 30 ml of Chamomile floral water, Use a cottong swab with solution to gently clean the ear and mist the outside of the ear as well.

5 d. Lavender oil
5 d. Chamomile oil
2 d. Mandarin oil

in 4 oz. of water. Mix well in small spray bottle. Spray only into air - do not spray directly on your pet.

Use this blend to soothe inflamed or infected skin on dogs.

Lavender 10 drops
Tea Tree 10 drops
Peppermint 4 drops
Chamomile 3 drops
Helichrysum 3 drops

Blend this into a 20 ml of Aloe Vera or Evening Primrose.

Apply to affected area or use the blend of Essential Oils in a Lavender floral water and mist the skin.
